Tipperary GAA club hosts successful screening programme with Dillon Quirke Foundation

Some of those who helped out at the Nenagh Éire Óg cardiac screening session

Cardiac screening – Dillon Quirke Foundation: Nenagh Éire Óg GAA Club says a huge thanks to Dan and The Dillon Quirke Foundation for holding a pilot free Cardiac Screening programme on Saturday last in the Nenagh Éire Óg complex.

Forty-five of our juvenile boys and girls aged 12-18yrs were offered the professional services of AMS (Advanced Medical Services) and funded by the Foundation.

Cardiac screening can help identify underlying heart conditions that can lead to Sudden Adult Death Syndrome so it is vitally important to have that info. Feedback from parents and kids was that it was a really positive experience and all were very appreciative of the chance offered to them by the Dillon Quirke Foundation.
You can donate to this wonderful charity through the Dillon Quirke foundation gofundme links on social media
