Leinster Schools Senior C Hurling Final

Cistercian College Roscrea 1-13

Coláiste Éanna 0-12

Former All-Ireland winning Tipperary captain Tommy Dunne led Cistercian College Roscrea to a Leinster Schools victory over Coláiste Éanna of Dublin last Tuesday afternoon.

The famous Tipperary boarding school had four points to spare over their opponents as they continue to try to grow hurling in the predominantly rugby school.

Tipperary had five players starting on the team in Tuesday's final, while Premier hurlers were on the bench too in the victory.

Tommy Dunne is in his first year with the school having taken up the Director of Hurling in the school in September of last year and his early labour looks to be bearing fruit thus far.
