12. Gearoid O'Connor
Rating: 7/10
The first 35 minutes from O’Connor were good all told, although his missed frees will disappoint him given how unerring he has been in 2024.
The conditions have to be taken into account though as it was a horrible night, but O’Connor had no such issues from play as he hit three first half points.
A knock to the head early in the second half seemed to stifle his hurling in a big way and he wasn’t himself after this, but despite that, he can be happy with his effort and will be a big player going forward for Tipperary.
