Young carers aged 12-17 are invited to join Family Carers Ireland on Zoom on Tuesday 12th November 6.30-7.30.
"Many young carers encounter challenging situations in their caring role at home and this course would be of great help to them," said Richie Molloy, manager of the Clonmel branch of Family Carers.
In this session, participants will learn how the brain responds to stress and overwhelm. Having a greater understanding of the brain/body connection will help you understand what you need in moments of stress. Learn about distress tolerance or managing stress in the moment. Learn more about building reserves to manage stressful events.
