His flick for the goal was a thing of beauty, but it was his leadership and influence when down to 14 that was the highlight of the Silvermines man's display.
He came to life in the last 15 minutes, knocking over frees from all angles when badly needed, and his point on the sideline of the Hogan Stand side to put Tipperary ahead was incredible.
