13. Jack Shelly (Mullinahone)
Shelly has been one of the outstanding performers of this championship to date and has really thrown his hat in the ring for a call up the the Tipp senior team. He has a real knack for reading the breaking ball and is a born ball winner with an eye for a score. He had gone off the radar somewhat since his underage days with Tipperary, but he has continued to impress at college level in the interim and has recently become a very influential player for Mullinahone, bagging 1-2 with the goal taking the game to extra time in what transpired to be an agonising loss to Borris-Ileigh.
