A sensational performance from the Irish Mixed 4x400m team in the World Athletics Relays in Nassau in the Bahamas.
The Irish team that consists of Cillin Greene (Galway City Harriers), Rhasidat Adeleke (Tallaght AC), Thomas Barr (Ferrybank AC) and Sharlene Mawdsley (Newport AC).
They combined to run a national record of 3:11.53 to make their way to the podium.
The Irish had a great performance that involved an impressive Irish from the superb Adeleke who ran a 48.45.
This podium run comes after the same team qualified for the Paris Olympic games on Saturday.
