The move will see Mullins link up with fellow Irish players Evan Ferguson and Andrew Moran. The pair featured in Brighton's 4-1 away victory over Everton at Goodison Park on Tuesday night with Ferguson finding the net and assisting once on his full Premier League debut.
Mullins told Brighton's club website: "I can’t wait to get started. I played alongside Evan Ferguson at Bohemians and we know each other really well.
"We spoke a lot about what Brighton has to offer young players and the pathway they have, so it made it a really easy decision to join."
