Laois Open Door Theatre invites you to ‘Perfect Wedding’ by Robin Hawdon.
This year’s production is the hilarious comedy ‘Perfect Wedding’ by renowned English playwright Robin Hawdon.
It is perhaps his most popular play and has been performed worldwide.
This is a hilarious comedy and will have you rolling in your seats with laughter.
A play not to be missed.
The play takes place in a luxury country house hotel.
Bill the groom wakes up on his wedding day morning with a very attractive girl beside him and the perfect wedding goes disastrously wrong causing chaos for all concerned with an endless series of excuses, games of hide and seek, lies and confusion, door slamming and chaos that reaches near nuclear proportions.
This is their very first appearance in the Abbey Hall in Roscrea and they are really looking forward to bringing our production of ‘Perfect Wedding’ by Robin Hawdon to Roscrea on Saturday, February 7, at 8pm.
Tickets will be available on the door so come early so as not to miss out.

Laois Open Door Theatre is a Laois-based amateur drama group founded in 2000.
Last year, they celebrated their 25th anniversary with packed houses at their performances.

They draw their members from all walks of life and all areas in Laois.
They perform drama, tragedy, comedy and farce, something to suit all tastes.
As the name suggests the "door" has always been open to new members throughout the years, and continues to welcome new people with a passion for amateur drama, whether it is on stage or backstage/front of house.
Laois Open Door is very fortunate to have an incredibly dedicated backstage and front of house crew who are paramount to its continuance and ongoing success.
