I first met Valerie as a 4yr old in Moneygall National School along with Richard, Nigel and Suzanne. Whenever I met her, which was not often, we picked up so easily with our similar characters and family connections. A great girl for organising fundraisers, one being an Abba tribute and I saw a bit more of her when I moved back to North Tipp. Taken too soon Rest in Peace dear Val.”
Another commented: “What a beautiful tribute for a beautiful woman who always had time for you, her infectious smile will always be there when I think of Dear Valerie. She was always her authentic self no matter where she was. RIP Fly high, sweet angel. You will forever be in our hearts and memories.”
