The local community is invited to come together in support of people living with Parkinson’s disease at A Walk in the Park for Parkinson’s, taking place in Templemore Park on Saturday, April 11 at 11am.

This welcoming and inclusive event aims to raise awareness of Parkinson’s disease which is a progressive, neurodegenerative movement disorder caused by the loss of dopamine-producing brain cells.

Following the walk, light refreshments will be served, giving attendees a chance to socialise and unwind.
