Templemore U8 Ladies Football team at the recent end of season blitz hosted by Cahir
U8/U10s/U12s - On Sunday 7th October we travelled to Cahir for the final outing of this year’s season.
It was a great day of football and wonderful to see so many girls taking part. Thanks to Cahir who hosted the blitz and for their hospitality.
As the season concludes for these groups of U8, U10 & U12s we would like to thank all involved including the committed mentors, the supportive parents but especially these talented hard working girls. We look forward to seeing the girls back on pitch in 2019!
U14 - Well done to our U14 girls who continue their winning ways. It is a terrific achievement that both u14 teams have qualified for the county finals. Team 1 defeated Sliabhnamon last Sunday in New Inn, team 2 had a decisive victory over Aherlow. We wish the girls and management all the best as they prepare for the finals this weekend (follow us on facebook for details).
U19s - Templemore girls recently played Thurles in Dr Morris Park. It was a great game. Templemore were unlucky not to have converted possession into more scores and despite great effort it was these missed opportunities that found them trail Thurles at the final whistle.
