Una Healy has reached out to her followers on social media for advice following a morning swim.

The talented musician from Thurles is continuing her "fitness buzz", after vlogging her 5k run earlier in the week.

In the video, posted on Instagram today, the Ego singer said,

"Good morning. Beautiful morning.

"I've just been for a swim, as you know I'm back on the fitness buzz now.

"Did 40 lengths, had to pull up every 10 minutes for a breather. The goal is to get back up to 64...which is a mile non-stop.

"So, had a lovely sauna and steam room after that too but...doing lengths, if you're a long distance swimmer or you just do it for fitness...do you ever find, doing the lengths, boring?

"You're kind of going along like - how many lengths have I done now? Or, what am I having for my dinner?

The Tipp stunner then asks,

"Does anyone put on headphones?

"I'm going to look into it...and if you do, let me know.

"Or is it really weird...to listen to stuff in the pool?
