Tipperary County Council has decided to extend the closure of the L-2108 at Boulakeale/Ardragh, The Commons and Ballingarry until midnight on Friday, June 27 to facilitate the installation of an underground grid connection.
Traffic travelling from Kilmanagh towards The Commons is to be diverted right at Killee onto the L-502 continuing straight to the T-Junction at Boggan.
Traffic is to turn left at the T-junction along the L-1005 to fork in the road. Traffic is to keep left and travel along the L-2105 to the T-junction at Garransilly. Traffic is then to turn right onto the L-2106 and then turn left at the cross roads onto the L-2017 heading for Garranacool. At the crossroads, traffic is tu turn left onto the L-6121 and travel to Farranroy Junction with the L-6124.
Traffic diversion will operate vice-versa.
The temporary road closure has been in place since early April.
