Popular Tipperary music festival returns this August bank holiday

Féile Beag is returning to Thurles this August Bank Holiday weekend.

Hosted in Hickey’s Pub, Thurles, this year’s Féile Beag takes place from August 1 to 3, for what will be the tenth anniversary of the festival.

On the Friday, Groove Republic, Gobán Saor, Curfew, Troy Band, Loose Porter, Rogue Chaser, Paradise Conspiracy, The Ferns and Music Generation Tipperary will all take to the stage.

The Saturday will see The Service, Crow Black Chicken, Small Fish, Over Heated (NYC), Mama Martin, Arcane Montane, Looks Like Eve, Dumbbellz, The Stash, and Blackbird Vendetta all perform.

On the Sunday, The Gogga Band, Strings & Things, The Jobseekerz, Mister Wells, Inbetween Honey, U-Turn, Shane McGuire Band, Hurling, Dear Readers and Minus One will entertain festival-goers.

On the Sully Stage, Lorcan Lyons, Isaac Speit, Tim V Smyth, Acrylic Crush, Callum Larry Doherty, Ivory Soul, John O’Sullivan, The Ceol Ógs, Andy and Pete, Keltic Swing, Aleksej Barons, Lilly and James Morgan, Francis Ralph, Who’s Your Paddy, and Jimmy Tooher will all perform.

Tickets are currently on sale and can be bought on Powertik, costing €12.75 for a Friday ticket, and €14.75 for Saturday and Sunday tickets each.
