The main street of Littleton
On Thursday, November 13, a final performance of “Heroes and Ghosts – The Life and Times of Larry Slattery” will take place in St Mary’s Church of Ireland in Littleton village.
The play tells the amazing story of local man Larry Slattery who became the first prisoner of war in World War II and survived for almost six years as POW in various prison camps throughout Germany and Poland.
The play is a one man play and is performed by Christy Clancy, former principal of St. Kevin’s NS, Littleton.
Christy has performed the play to enthralled audiences over the last two years as a very successful fundraiser for St Kevin’s NS, Littleton.
The upcoming final performance will be held in St Mary’s Church of Ireland and the audience will treated to a captivating performance in the tranquil and picturesque setting of St Mary’s Church.

Tickets cost €10, and may be purchased on the door on the night of the show or at St Kevin’s NS, Littleton.

The play will be at 7:30pm and is one hour in duration.
