'Tipperary Sports Ability Day 2025' deemed a great success!

Tipperary Sports Partnership were delighted to say that Tipperary Sports Ability Day 2025 was a great success.

It celebrated inclusivity, participation and the joy of sport in a fun filled and welcoming environment. It was held under clear blue skies and brought together participants of all ages and abilities for activities, connection and smiles.

A diverse range of inclusive sports and activities were available allowing everyone to get involved and try something new. Attendees had the opportunity to sample football for all, table tennis, basketball, pickleball, and many more.

They welcomed a strong presence from National Governing Bodies (NGBs), who provided valuable support, expertise and encouragement across the activities available.

They paid a special word of thanks to the Transition Year girls from the Presentation Secondary School, Thurles who played a key role in the smooth running of the event
