Gardaí have advised motorists in the Tipperary Town area to exercise when caution this morning.
The warning comes following an oil spill in the area.

The spill ranges from Kilshane to Bridge Street.

An Garda Síochána Tipperary have said that the Tipperary County Council has been informed of the spill.
