URGENT: Tipperary residents 'unable to get to main road in two days and water now gone'

Tipperary residents have been "unable to get to the main road in two days and the water is now gone".

A message to the Tipp Town community page says: "I'm living in Glen Court, Emly, we are unable to get out of our estate all residents have been unable to get to the main road in two days our water has now gone.

"I was wondering if any one local with a tractor could help to clear the road, please."
