Short film made in Tipperary to be shown in Cahir Castle this June

The short film named 'Bridget' was made by the Fionn McCumhaill Players and it is set in 1895.

A short film which was shot in Tipperary will be shown in Cahir Castle this June. 

Bridget was written by Anne Williamson and Brian Clancy and was made by the Fionn McCumhaill Players.

The film takes place in 1895 and tells the story of the unfortunate Bridget Cleary of Ballyvadlea, who was killed by her husband in the belief that she was a changeling, or a witch.

This special showing of the film will take place in Cahir Castle on Friday June 6 at 7.30pm and at 8.45pm.
