The St Brigid's Secondary School Reunion will take place on Saturday, November 17 from 7pm in The Lord Bagenal, Leighlinbridge. This is for anyone who has attended the school over the many years it was open.
Tickets are now on sale, they are €25 each, this includes memorabilia, and food a great night is promised.
There are a few ways to purchase tickets, you can send an email to: stbrigidsconventschool reunion@gmail.com give your full name and how many tickets you would like, an arrangement can be made to meet you in person for tickets or you can transfer the cost of tickets to the PayPal account and the tickets will be sent out or collected on the door on the night if you wish.
Just for information and transparency the Bank Account is in the names of former Principal Mr John Mc Donald and our Local Parish Priest Fr James Kelly. The committee will only have access to lodge into this account. The money will be used to cover the costs for the night and in the event of any funds being left over it is hoped to erect a small monument in honour of our great school.
If you attended the school, you are asked to get in touch with class mates and friends to let them know about the event. It sounds like a brilliant occasion and a great way to catch up.
