REVEALED: Tipperary woman shares simple changes that helped with her weight loss
Amber lost a whopping 27.4 kilograms with support of her Slimming World peers through three simple healthy habits

A Tipperary woman has undergone a dramatic weight loss transformation after joining Slimming World in Cahir and Clonmel with Maria.
The Tipperary-based Slimming World group commended Amber on her weight loss of 4 stone 4.5lb (27.4kg) in a social media post and shared the key to Amber's slimming success.
Speaking on what made all the difference for Amber, she shared with the group that her her weight loss success was thanks to planning meals ahead, getting more active, and prioritising self-care.
Slimming World in Cahir and Clonmel with Maria hold sessions every Wednesday at Cahir House hotel at 9.30am, 5.30pm and 7pm and on Thursdays at Dungarvan Soccer Club at 5pm and 6.30pm.
The group also meet on Fridays at the Bridge Centre, Cashel road, Clonmel at 7.30am and 9am.
