Owning House Retirement Village's annual fundraising garden party was enjoyed by about 400 visitors and blessed with glorious summer sunshine.
The family fun afternoon in the beautiful gardens of the retirement village in Owning village near Carrick-on-Suir took place on Sunday, July 28.
The garden party included food, arts and craft stalls and a popular spinner challenge with loads of prizes on offer.
Bouncy castles kept children well entertained and local musicians performed as visitors browsed around the attractions.
Tea and coffee refreshments were supplied and there was lashings of strawberries and cream, homemade scones and brown bread made at the kitchen of Owning House .
The garden party's estimated €7,000 proceeds will go towards the running costs of Owning House Retirement Village which is home to 21 elderly people.
