Film about struggles of the Palestinian people to be screened at Carrick-on-Suir theatre

The film will be screened at Brewery Lane Theatre

Where Olive Trees Weep, a film about the struggles and resilience of the Palestinian people under Israeli occupation, will be screened at Brewery Lane Theatre in Carrick-on-Suir on June 6 at 8pm. 
The film explores the themes of loss, trauma and the quest for justice. It gives background to the current crisis in Israel/Palestine and brings to light the lives of people met on a 2022 journey in the occupied West Bank. It is being brought to Brewery Lane by the South East Ireland - Palestine Solidarity Campaign.
