Carrick Davins GAA Club's Under 15 football team secured a great win against Emly/Solohead on Sunday in a hard-fought and competitive semi-final.
The sides were level at half-time and the Carrick team had to dig deep in the second half. Their work rate and determination shone through, as they pushed on to win the game by five points.
Africa Day Celebration
The Club was proud to host the Friends of Bridgewater House Tipperary Africa Day last Páirc Daimín.
The event was a huge success, with a great turnout and an incredible atmosphere throughout the evening.
Children loved the activities, and the food was delicious - a true celebration of African culture and community.
The Club thanks everyone who supported and attended the family fun evening Events like this are a brilliant reminder of what community spirit is about.
U11 Football Challenge Match
The Under 11 team travelled to Clerihan for a friendly challenge match that turned out to be a brilliant display of football.
You could really see the impact of training, as the boys showed great skill, teamwork, and understanding of the game.
Their coaches have done a fantastic job, and this group is clearly developing into something special.
Oasis Tickets Raffle
Tickets are still on sale for the Club's raffle of two tickets to the Oasis concert in Croke Park on Saturday, August 16.
Tickets cost €10 each or three for €25. You can buy them through the Club's website or from any club seller. The draw will be on July 31.
Proceeds will support juvenile players and the Club's development.
Lotto
The Lotto jackpot wasn't won in last week's draw.
Tickets cost €2 each and can be purchased online or from the usual sellers.
