The Tipperary County Councillor Liam Browne has called for the residents of Cashel to come together and help plan the towns St Patrick's Day Parade for 2025.
"This is a big call out to people around the town, to get involved in delivering a St Patrick's Day parade in Cashel next year, but also for the years ahead.
"Cashel is a tourist town.. we cannot have a situation where we're missing out on probably the biggest tourism day nationally, and the start of the tourism season" said Browne.
There will be an open meeting to begin planning to bring back a St. Patrick’s Day Parade to Cashel in 2025.
The topics that will be discussed at the meeting are: Finances, administration and logistics.
The meeting will take place in Brosnan’s Bar function room on Wednesday 9th October at 8PM.
