Planning lodged to convert commercial building into apartments in Clonmel

P & N Foran Engineering Limited has made an application to Tipperary County Council to change the use of part of an existing building from commercial to residential use. 

The modification would allow for the development of three apartments. They have proposed that they make minor changes to the structure and all associated site development works for an indefinite period. 

The development address is 18 Morton/Short Street, Clonmel, County Tipperary, E91Y0X9.

The council has until November 4 to make its decision.
