A special family day event is being planned by Tipperary Museum of Hidden History

Miedieval combat will be explored at a special event in Clonmel to mark National Heritage Week

A very special event is being planned on August 23 by the Tipperary Museum of Hidden History to mark National Heritage Week.

The car park at Mick Delahunty Square in front of the Tipperay Museum will be transformed into a medieval settlement to celebrate Clonmel’s origins as a medieval walled town.

There will be an opportunity for visitors to interact with the living history specialists, to ask questions and handle artefacts associated with war, food, medicine and crafts.
