Allie Sherlock will perform again at the Clonmel Busking Festival
Clonmel is set to come alive once again as Ireland’s most anticipated street music celebration returns from August 8–10.
Kicking off the festivities on Friday afternoon, Ireland’s most famous busker, Allie Sherlock, will launch the festival with a special performance at Kickham Plaza, a central hub of energy and excitement.
The opening day will also feature live street performances throughout Clonmel, with a strong focus on the Main Guard, and live music in many of Clonmel’s top music pubs, creating a lively atmosphere well into the night.

A large number of artists will perform across the weekend, with Ireland’s largest street busking competition taking place on Saturday, beginning at 1 pm in East Lane, and culminating with a final sing-off at 5 pm at the Main Guard.
There will also be a large number of artists performing on Saturday at Kickham Plaza, adding to the festival buzz in the town centre.
Another highlight on Saturday evening is an Oasis tribute band playing in the Plaza from 6:30 to 8 PM.
Sunday’s Lark in the Park offers a vibrant mix of music, dance, art, and family entertainment.
The day will kick off with our very own Banna Chluain Meala, followed by a high-energy performance from The Papa Zitas, setting the tone for a lively and memorable finale.

Other attractions on the day will include a pet farm and yoga sessions for children with additional support needs.
With an expected crowd of 3,000, the festival concludes with a Festival BBQ at Bakers Bar at 6:30 PM, followed by a fantastic music trail including Devils Cadillac and many more.
