Tipperary gardaí have caught a motorist "taking a picture" of the scene of a road crash in south Tipperary.

In a statement on Sunday evening, Tipperary gardaí said: "Please think before filming crash scenes!
"Our Roads Policing Unit were attending an RTC (Road Traffic Collision) alongside other emergency services earlier in south Tipp.

"Some passing motorists felt the need to film the scene whilst driving past, so focused on their phones they failed to see our motorcyclist monitoring traffic.
"This one in particular 'just wanted to take a picture'.
