Tipperary Roads Policing Unit patrolling Nenagh recently intercepted a transit van after the driver was observed holding their mobile phone while driving.
Using the Mobility App, gardaí discovered the driver to be disqualified from driving.
The van was seized and the driver arrested and charged to Court.
