Change of time for senior football championship final in west Tipperary

The West Tipperary Senior Football Championship final will be played at Sean Treacy Park in Tipperary Town at 2pm on Sunday

There's a change of time for this Sunday's Shane Hennessy Agri-Advisor West Senior Football Championship Final.

The meeting of Golden/Kilfeacle and Galtee Rovers in Sean Treacy Park will now be played at 2pm, and not 11am as previously scheduled. Finish on the day rules apply.

The sides are meeting in the final for the first time since 1999 when Galtee Rovers came out on top, 1-10 to 0-5 in a game that was also played at Sean Treacy Park.

The teams had previously clashed in the 1988 final which saw Golden/Kilfeacle come out on 0-8 to 0-5 in Emly.
