Nenagh is the most expensive area of Tipperary to buy a home according to new CSO figures

Nenagh is the most expensive area of Tipperary to buy a home according to new CSO figures

Nenagh had the highest median price for a residential property in the county in the year to November 2022.

According to new Residential Property Price Index figures released by the CSO today, the median price in the Nenagh area was €225,000.

Nenagh was followed closely by Clonmel at €201,000.

The lowest median price for a home was in Tipperary Town at €151,250.

The median property price for the county was €190,000.

Nationally, the Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) increased by 8.6% in the 12 months to November 2022.
