Cllr Richie Molloy, manager of the Family Carers in Clonmel was delighted to welcome Mayor Cllr Pat English this to the Family Carers offices in the town.
Mayor English handed over a cheque for €500 to Cllr Molloy from the Mayor's Fund.
"I would like to thank Mayor English for supporting Family Carers and thank the people of Clonmel for supporting so generously the Mayor's Fund as they do every year," said Cllr Molloy.
