Speaking on Tuesday evening, she said: "I'm just coming on here to clear something up. I hate making videos like this but the time has come that I have to do it again.

"I've done it before...so basically there are these fake accounts, imposter accounts, going around on Facebook and they're saying they're me and they're saying that this is my private account and you can chat to me here.

"I've heard from people that there are people out there speaking to these people and God knows what they're saying and with AI and everything, they could think they're talking to me and I don't know what fake me is saying.

"Innocent people then are getting trapped or could be getting scammed or whatever is happening. I don't really know but it is frightening.

"Everybody should have a verified account, that's all I have. I don't have any private accounts to be chatting to people, I never have and I never will.

"Please block and report any imposter accounts you see."

Earlier this year, the Thurles native Una Healy stunned attendees with her performance at the exclusive US Ambassador to Ireland's lavish July 4 bash.

Una split from her ex-husband Ben Foden in 2018 who she shares her two young children Aoife Belle and Tadgh with. She previously expressed that the divorce was "really hard as it was a family breaking up".

Una took her latest adventure by the horns and made it to the final three in Netflix's Celebrity Bear Hunt.

Holly Willoughby hosts this action-packed competition show that sees a group of unlikely celebrities dropped into the Central American jungle as prey for one of the world's most fearsome predators – Bear Grylls.

Una made it to the very end and was the last of the three celebrities standing to see who would win the crown and become the champion which was to be decided by Bear himself.

When addressing Una in the final episode Bear said: "I admire your spirit so much. Your attitude is incredible. What a mum you are. Your eyes are on fire, you are shining bright."

Una’s motherly instincts did not go away as she entered camp as she was seen to be particularly supportive to her campmates and jokingly called herself "jungle mammy".

Touching on motherhood, Una told OK Magazine: "The kids are growing up so fast, the adventure of being a mum is just amazing. I would say I am a fun mum, a very loving mum and an always there for you mum."
