County Tipperary Chamber celebrates International Women’s Day 2023 at The Anner hotel in Thurles, bringing Ireland’s most successful business leaders and female entrepreneurs together for an afternoon of networking and learning.

International Women's Day provides us all the opportunity to reinforce the fact that everyone has a role to play in forging a more gender-balanced world. IWD is for celebrating the achievements of women.

International Women's Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity.

We are moving to a very exciting time in history where the world now "expects" diversity, equity and inclusion. The world notices its absence and celebrates its presence.

Now in 2023, we must step up and be aware of the significant impact that bias has on women's equality - both conscious and unconscious bias. We need to recognise it and call it out. We need to Embrace Equity.
