CONGRATULATIONS: Tipperary's Tara joins and illustrious band of TCD scholars
Tara Byrne from Nenagh celebrating with her lecturers Dr Eleanor Hollywood, Dundrum, Tipperary, and Assistant Professor Dr Éilish Burke, and Dr Patricia Cronin, Assistant Professor, School of Nursing, Trinity College Dublin, following the announcement that Tara is the recipient of a prestigious Trinity College Dublin Foundation Scholarship 2023.
Past recipients of the award include former President of Ireland Mary Robinson, award winning author Sally Rooney, and former Government Minister Conor Cruise O’Brien.
Tara is currently a student in the Integrated Children and General Nursing course at TCD and has previously received an Entrance Exhibition Award from TCD.
Tara is a former student of Borrisokane Community College (senior cycle) and St Mary’s Secondary School, Nenagh (junior cycle).
Tara is wished every happiness and success in her future studies.
