Clonmel primary school pupils raise funds for Dillon Quirke Foundation

Noirin Forrestal presented Declan Ryan with a cheque for €480  from St Olivers National School, Clonmel.

The money was raised to make a donation to the Dillon Quirke Foundation from a recent collection by the pupils of the school. Part of a recent fundraising  concert held at Clonoulty Church in aid of the Dillon Quirke Foundation and the church bell tower restoration effort.
A total of €5,570 was raised on the night. €1,000 to the restoration fund and €4,570 to the Foundation.

Also pictured, Aoife Dunne, Jack Ryan, Dillon's first cousin and team mate and Derek Ryan. The Ryan family are deeply grateful to all who came to support such a worthy cause and very thankful to all the people who donated their time to make the night such a success.
