This will be its 32nd summer season, having commenced in 1991. The entertainment nights will be Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout th esummer.

IRISH CULTURE
The much-acclaimed performing group will have many of the long-established performers – some of whom are with the group from the early stages.
Stars such as accordion-maestro Bobby Gardiner; harpist supremo Mary Kelly; multi- instrumentalist Jim Egan; Seán Ó Sé of Seán Ó Riada fame; Tadhg Maher, one of the foremost traditional singers in the country; will continue to captivate audiences at this mecca of Irish culture.

NEW PERFORMERS
The new performers to join the Brú Ború group are All-Ireland champions. The combination of the new and the veteran performers make for an exciting combination.
Brú Ború has entertained Presidents, Prime Ministers, Kings and Sultans worldwide. In 2022, they hosted Prince Charles and Camilla, future King and Queen of England, both of whom learned a step or two from the Cashel minstrels and this was seen worldwide.

In addition to the performances in Cashel, the group have performed at four World Expos and other events worldwide including on the Great Wall of China.
This trip was televised by RTÉ and transmitted under the title of ‘From the Rock to the Wall’.
Each night the stage show is followed by an informal session in the Teach Cheoil where locals and visitors alike can take to the boards.

MUSICAL OFFERING
The Brú Ború Director Úna Ó Murchú said: “We are looking forward to continuing the journey back from Covid. We hope that our musical offering in this year’s season will help to lift the spirits of all our supporters and friends.”
