Cahir is preparing for the annual traditional music festival which will be held in September
The sound of traditional Irish music, song and dance will fill the streets of Cahir on September 8, 9 and 10 September as Cahir Comhaltas will host their 9th annual Traditional Festival.
The event will be launched on September 8 in Cahir House Hotel.
The Blackwater Ceilí Band are on board for workshops, sessions and a top class concert in Cahir Castle on the 9th. Another host of renowned musicians will also be in attendance for the various events, more details on this to follow shortly.
Sunday 10th, Trad Music at the 11am mass plus a music trail in the afternoon and more sessions.
