The sign of a proper full back is his anonymity for large parts of a game, and that was true on Sunday. He dominated his area all game, keeping a dangerous forward in Dan O'Meara very quiet, and in the final seconds of the game he very nearly set up a winning score with a run from defence. Another top effort from Maher.
