Two cars seized in one night in a prominent Tipperary town after discovery by RPU

Gardaí in Thurles seized two cars last night after the motorists in question were discovered to be driving without insurance.

The Tipperary Roads Policing Unit were on patrol in the Tipperary town when they stopped these two cars, using the new Integrated Traffic App, where it was found that both drivers had no insurance.

As a result, the cars were seized immediately by the Gardaí and court proceedings will now follow for the individuals in question.
