Outdoor gym equipment requested for park in Tipperary

Outdoor gym equipment would enhance Mulcahy Park in Clonmel, says Councillor Michael Murphy

Outdoor gym equipment has been suggested for Mulcahy Park in Clonmel.

Cllr Michael Murphy told a meeting of Clonmel Borough District that such equipment would enhance what was already on offer in this area.

It had been suggested to him by people who walked the Blueway.

Outdoor gym equipment at the riverside car park in Kilsheelan village had cost €4,000, Cllr Murphy added.

Borough District Senior Staff Officer Liz McGrath said she would enquire about the possibility of providing such equipment.
