Scoil Ruáin, Killenaule, students had the privilege of attending the ‘Remembering Grace’ gymnastics event in the Presentation Secondary School, Clonmel. A very special day, well done to our gymnasts.

Special congratulations to Lexi on of two winners of a ‘Kool Skool Bursary’ awarded to a gymnast who shows great gymnastic potential.

Congratulations to our Second-Year students for their remarkable achievemen - making it to the finals of the 2024 Young Environmentalist Awards! A heartfelt congratulations to those innovative minds who took the initiative to plant apple trees and create a cookbook filled with sustainable recipes.

We recently unveiled our Digital Learning Plan at Scoil Ruáin highlighting our commitment to innovation and embracing digital technologies. Central to our vision is ensuring all students have unfettered access to digital devices, a principle we are elevating further by providing each Junior Cycle student with their own device starting this September.

Our Digital Learning Plan is not merely about the tools themselves but about equipping our teachers with robust digital learning strategies. Through these strategies, we aim to empower our students, fostering digital proficiency essential for success in the modern era.

In a collaborative effort reflection our commitment to broader educational advancements, some of our teachers and students have actively participated in creating a shared AI policy with other schools within the Tipperary ETB. This collaboration highlights our dedication to not only enrich our own learning environment but also contribute to the border educational landscape.
