The Summer Fest takes place at Ferryhouse, Clonmel this Saturday, July 20
The Tipp Indian Community of Clonmel is hosting the Clonmel Summer Fest on this Saturday, July 20, from 9am to 9pm at the Ferryhouse Sports Complex.
The organisers say that this year’s event will be even bigger and better than before, so you definitely don’t want to miss out and all are welcome.
There will be loads of fun activities for everyone and there’s so much to look forward to at the Summer Fest, from the All-Ireland Tug of War competition to the Cinematic and Folk Dance Competitions.
There will be something for everyone to enjoy and kids will love the carnival, bouncing castles, mobile zoo, magic show and face painting. And if you’re into cars and bikes, you’ll be amazed by the vintage car shows and bike shows.
The day will also feature live music and cultural performances, so get ready to be entertained by live music from different bands throughout the day.
You’ll also get to experience traditional art forms like Kadakali, ottam thullal and kathak.
The organisers say the event will be a feast for the eyes and ears.
There will be delicious food at the Ruchi Food Festival, where you can sample a variety of delicious foods from more than 25 stalls. There will be something for every taste bud, so make sure you come hungry!
