On Saturday, September 21, Rockwell College hosted over 100 families for its open day, following a taster night on Friday.
The taster night welcomed 20 eager 5th and 6th class pupils, who enjoyed BBQs, games, and activities, getting a taste of life at Rockwell College.
The open day featured addresses from the principal and vice principal, along with guest speakers James Phelan and Aoibhe Gleeson.
Attendees participated in sample classes and engaging presentations, including an Academic Development Presentation and a Music Academy Presentation.
Current students, teachers, and members of the Parents’ Association led guided tours of the school facilities, showcasing the educational resources available.
Families enjoyed exploring the campus via golf buggy tours, allowing them to take in the surroundings and learn more about the vibrant community at Rockwell College. Boarding families also received a tour of the residence.
The day concluded with tea and refreshments, providing a chance for further discussion.
The school would like to thank everyone who contributed to making both the taster night and open day memorable.
