Relics of St Pio will be arriving in Tipperary this May during the Annual National Pilgrimage

New book on Padre Pio highlights four Donegal connections to the famed stigmatic

Padre Pio.

The relics of St. Pio from the St. Pio Foundation will be visiting Holycross Abbey on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th May to coincide with the Annual National Pilgrimage.

There will be veneration from 9am to 8pm on both days in May in what is a huge event in the parish and right across the county with many travelling long distances, and for many hours, to get to Holycross.

A full schedule of event for the Pilgrimage will be confirmed in due course and the call has gone out that the organisers will be looking for volunteers to help out on these days for various tasks.

If you can help, you are asked to please contact the Parish Office at 0504-43124
