Brú Ború in Cashel will host the All Ireland finals of the Pléaracha agus Scoraíocht competitions for Comhaltas members this Sunday, bringing together young and adult traditional music groups from across the country.

Local musicians from Cashel and Cahir will combine forces to compete in the under 18 Pléaracha category, with their performance scheduled for 2pm.
The group will face competition from ensembles representing Westmeath and Wexford and are encouraging members of the public to attend and show their support.
Proceedings will begin earlier in the day with the Scoraíocht finals at 9.30am. Groups from Cork, Dublin, Wexford and Laois will take part in that section of the competition.
The over 18 Pléaracha finals will follow at 4.20pm, featuring groups from Cork, Wexford and Dublin. To qualify for this category, at least four members of each group must be over the age of 18.
