The seven-month-old baby girl who died after she was found unresponsive in a car in Co Tipperary yesterday has been named as Chloe Fogarty from the Golden area.
She was found in a car near Dundrum village at around 1.45pm yesterday and was transferred by ambulance to the local GAA field before being airlifted to University Hospital Limerick where she was later pronounced dead.
The little girl was the only child of local couple Paul and Louise Fogarty. She was found in her father's car after he went to work in O'Dwyer's Steel in Dundrum. When he returned to the car he found the child unresponsive.
The tragedy has led to a huge outpouring of grief in the Golden and Kilfeacle communities and throughout Tipperary.
