A Tipperary grandmother, Eileen Costello of Iona Avenue, Thurles sends best wishes to her grandson Shane, who celebrates his 21st birthday today.
Shane, who was born in the Premier County, made his entrance into the world on 17th November 1996 and now lives in Manchester.
